2. Minimum of 550m2 ground level
3. 200 Parking Bays
4. Delivery entrance availability
5. Landlords Contribution
6. Exterior signage
7. Visibility and accessibility to the site
8. Security measures
9. Approved municipal plans - should it be an existing site
10. Generator backup power
